The Plano Shower Remodel Contractor

Approximately 10 years ago we started doing shower remodels as a side business to the 5 Grout Doctor Franchises that we own in Plano, TX. You see, the Grout Doctor does not do shower remodels and many customers did not know who to hire, but they trusted us, as we do the equivalent of 325 jobs a month and see most every problem that can occur. Who better to hire, than the contractor who repairs everyone else's mistakes. Our Grout Doctor franchises have been Angie’s List Super Service Award Winners 7 years straight. The only reason we launched this website is because we see at least 15 people a week who already hired the "Wrong Company" in Plano, TX, to remodel their shower. This website is so you can find us before falling for "I know this tile guy" from your friend, realtor, designer...

After a successful 20 years in the semiconductor industry in Plano, TX, we decided to put our business skills to the test in an industry that needs some serious help, Contractors. We started out small by buying a brand new Grout Doctor franchise. In less than a year we bought our second and before three years we owned and operated five Grout Doctor franchises, all in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Our business motto for our Grout Doctor franchises is … "We are in business to make existing showers and floors look amazing!".

One of the primary services we offer in Plano, TX, (in our Grout Doctor business) is cleaning and regrouting showers, and some customers, unfortunately, wait until it is too late to call us and their shower is falling apart. We do perform patchwork services on those showers, but some of them just need to be ripped out and remodeled. This is a service the Grout Doctor does not perform, hence how ShoweRemodel was born.

Our Mission

The real catalyst for starting ShoweRemodel is that we see approximately 15 customers a week who have already had their shower remodeled by the wrong contractor or "Tile Guy" and cannot get the company to come back and fix their issues, or are so fed up with the company they are willing to punt and pay a real professional more money to come fix their issues. By having a website presence all potential customers in Plano, TX, have an opportunity to find us (not just Grout Doctor customers) before they hire the wrong shower remodel company. With that said, we are not trying to be the shower remodel company for everyone. Only those who appreciate a high quality job at a fair price.

Service Area

We do many shower remodels all over the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. We originally started mainly in Plano, Allen, and McKinney in the first few years but have expanded throughout the metroplex.
